What are customer comments and how do they work?

Hayden-Harnett offers its customers the ability to comment on our products for the purpose of helping other customers to make a better judgment about the product they are intending to purchase. Comments are combined for distinct styles, regardless of the colorway. You may post comments anonymously, or signed in with your Hayden-Harnett account.

In order to ensure that comments are helpful to customers, you may vote on a comment's helpfulness by clicking the thumbs up or thumbs down icon. Comments are arranged in order of helpfulness as decided by these votes, and then by timestamp. Comments with no votes appear first.

Hayden-Harnett moderates these comments to eliminate SPAM, chat, and comments that do not directly discuss the product in question, so as to maximize the usefulness of this commenting facility.
