What is Hayden-Harnett's return policy?

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you wish to return your order or a portion of it, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We are happy to refund the full purchase price minus the cost of shipping of any item returned in its original condition after such notification. Items marked "final sale" and those discounted 75% or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns not sent in their original condition, without an RMA #, or past 30 days will be accepted at our discretion only. Internet orders cannot be returned to our stores.

To Begin the Returns Process:
1) Obtain an RMA # by clicking here, or by calling us toll-free (866) 921-2247.

2) Use the RMA # you obtained to generate a free UPS return label, if you reside in the continental United States, by clicking here.

3) Package your return item carefully, write the RMA # on the outside of the box, and include a copy of your packinglist. Your return may take four to six weeks to process. Thank you!
