Everything about this bag is amazing because it fits under your arm even over a bulky coat. It's not too delicate but adds a touch of dash and flair. But HH, I can't seem to follow how to convert the bag to something sassy as an evening bag. What should be done with the extra pieces? The front pockets could work for me if they were just a little bit lower. I have to either open up the flap or keep turing the side over the pocket up to access it. I'm afraid I'll crease the flaps. And while I'm making requests, maybe a small exterior pocket in back too? Hey, a girl can ask, can't she? Overall, a beautifully made, compact purse that holds a great deal...packs a wallop without weighing me down!

  anonymous posted on 12/16/2008 at 10:30 AM I just figured out how to convert this bag into an evening clutch and not a moment too soon! It looks like a totally different bag. Genius! FYI- you just take out the shoulder piece and unsnap the left side loop and slip the leather into the other right side loop and re-snap! It was actually so simple I was a little embarrassed it didn't realize it earlier. Plus the way the loops fit together gives this new clutch handle a decorative cool look!
