Cape Town

Our Gwenievere Wool Cape is surely a statement piece. It's a far more stylish option for keeping warm than your standard coat. But it demands an understated bag to accompany it. We recommend the Bernardin Day Bag in Yam -- great because it doesn't demand a free shoulder, is big enough to carry all your necessities without competing with the coat, while its pop color adds more warmth. Perfect for the Halloween and Thanksgiving seasons!

Congratulations to Al Gore

We at Hayden-Harnett have always had a soft spot for Al Gore and share his passion for protecting our environment. We were inspired at the beginning of this year to release our Friends of Al tote bag to do something for the cause. Since its launch, Friends of Al across the globe have helped us to plant 4,870 trees, and to donate $12,175.00 to educate about, and to alleviate the problem of global warming.

Today, Al Gore and a United Nations environmental panel were awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. [story here] We wish to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Al Gore for this recognition of his tireless advocacy and hard work, and to the Nobel committee for their recognition of global warming as a great threat to the future of our world.
  • Visit friendsofal.info for more information about our tote and the future home of Friends of Al.

  • Join Friends of Al on Myspace.com.
  • Discuss global warming in our forum.
  • Our reusable shopping tote plants trees, donates to stop global warming, and is fashionable too.
