New HH style series coming: IRL

For the sake of real-time summer fun and style, we're starting a summer style series called "IRL" (in real life). We'll have hh staffers, friends, family, and special guests come into the Brooklyn HH design : shop and style a complete look from head to toe. Should be interesting and fun since summer style can get a bit repetitive when the mercury climbs. Not all of us are glamazon models and often wonder what something looks like IRL on an average non-model body.

If you live in NYC (or are in the area and can make it to our brooklyn shop) and you're interested in doing an IRL style shoot with us, please email hhshop@haydenharnett.com with the following info:

-snapshot of yourself
-brief paragraph letting us know a bit about you...interests, hobbies, where you live, what you do

The IRL style shoots are on Tuesdays. Mailer gets posted to our blog on Wednesdays and sent to our mailing list.

Happy summer style,
-Toni

Customer Comments Section

Recently we added a new feature to the Hayden-Harnett website, of which I am extremely proud. One of the biggest difficulties is doing our best to represent our products to our customers, so they have a realistic idea of what the product is really like in person. We add as many pictures as we can to each item, both studio shots and casual shots, and write up the features, dimensions and a description we thinks captures the essence of the product. However, this just isn't enough sometimes.

Now we've added the ability for our customers to put product feedback, reviews, descriptions, musings, &tc. right on our product pages. Obviously the posts will be monitored to screen inappropriate comments, and SPAM, but otherwise we leave it up to you, the community, to write insightful comments, and if you happen to read a helpful or an unhelpful comment, click the thumbs up or thumbs down, as the most helpful comments will be moved up to the top.

You may post anonymously, but you can also post with your Hayden-Harnett username, if you have created one. I will write more about user accounts, which we are also working on more fully implementing soon. Thanks for taking a minute to read about the more boring aspects of the H-H website!

-Ben
