I LOVE this bag. The leather is amazingly soft and the fringe is much more subtle IRL. I LOVE it! (I am 5'3" and don't find it to be too big either.)

I live in Japan and it took almost a month until this bag to get to my door. BUT it was definitely worth waiting for!!! I just LOVE it (and another one I ordered, too). Perfect size and beautiful details. Above all, I'm the only one in my town who have this gorgeous bag!
